Methods to Obtain Rage of Harrogath

As a Random Drop: You can obtain this unique item by engaging in various activities in Sanctuary on World Tier 3 and World Tier 4 difficulties, such as completing Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes, and The Pit.

If you wish to farm the item from a particular boss, you can potentially find Rage of Harrogath as drop from the following boss(es): Lord Zir, Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint.

The Rage of Harrogath Unique Chest Armor will only drop from Level 85+ Monsters. You can further increase your chances of the Rage of Harrogath Drop by slaying Beasts, Vampires, Werewolves, Wildlife in Nightmare Dungeons. Since these monster types have a higher drop rate of Unique Chest Armor Equipment.
